Conversion of a Derelict 17th Century Listed Building

A qualified Quantity Surveyor, with little development experience, approached Lowry Capital regarding funding for the development of an historic 17th century listed building.

Speed was of the essence and in order to enable the completion of the project, the client required 100% of the funding to be provided through our multi-tranche approach. Lowry Capital’s funding is speedy, streamlined and easy to draw further funds as and when needed.

Lowry Capital provided a facility of £195,500 which covered 100% of development costs in line with the client’s schedule of works.

The project has now been successfully completed and is a stunning example of a contemporary conversion of a unique, 17th century listed building.
