Funding for the Development of 5 Large Detached Houses

Our client, an experienced property developer and entrepreneur, approached Lowry Capital to facilitate the funding of their latest project in Fife, Scotland.

With planning permission already in place and by utilising our multi-tranche facility the client was able to move swiftly throughout the build and complete each property. Currently, four out of the five houses are complete, all of which are for sale. Demand is expected to be strong and will result in a highly lucrative development project.
