Funding for the Development of 5 Large Detached Houses

Our client, an experienced property developer and entrepreneur, approached Lowry Capital to facilitate the funding of their latest project in Cupar, St Andrews.
The client had obtained planning permission to build 5 large detached properties from scratch in the beautiful Scottish countryside.
Their previous lender had pulled out of the project at the last minute and they now needed a new funding partner to help facilitate the build.
Lowry Capital Funded £1.42million across multiple tranches for the development of the 5 properties, and the client was able to move swiftly throughout the build and complete each property to the highest quality.
All five houses are now complete, all of which are for sale for a combined value of £3million and demand is expected to be very high, resulting in a highly lucrative development project for our client.
