Funding to Purchase a Grade II Listed Council Building to Convert Into 3 Residential Units

Our client approached us requesting funding to purchase a grade II listed former parish council building, with plans to convert it into 3 high-quality residential units.
They had identified a great deal on an dilapidated ex council building, but needed fast funding to secure the deal.
Given the time-sensitive nature of the project, we needed to move quickly and release funds.
Lowry Capital provided £76,000 in funding for the purchase of the property, with the client offering an additional unencumbered property as security, enabling us to structure a larger facility
Further funding will be made available in stages as the build progresses
Thanks to our fast & flexible approach our client was able to take advantage of this rare opportunity and is now well underway with transforming a neglected historic building into much-needed new homes.
