Development Funding to Complete a Detached Bungalow

Although the client has previous experience developing smaller properties this was the first project of this size.

The client used their own funds to make the building wind and watertight but required further funding quickly in order to complete the property and get it on the market for the prime selling months.

Whilst Lowry Capital only provided a small amount of funding, it enabled the client to complete the property and maximise their profits.

This is a great example of a Developer drawing funds as and when needed in order to minimise funding costs.
